Privacy policy

Last updated September 28, 2026. This explains what LineupReel collects, why, and how long we keep it.

What we collect

• From photographers: name, email, studio name, logo, and payment and payout details (held by Stripe, not us).
• About athletes: a first name, a jersey number, and an action photo uploaded by their photographer. We don't collect last names, birthdays, or schools.
• From parents in storefront mode: an email address, used to send the preview and the purchased clip.

Who processes it

• Supabase stores our database and files.
• Higgsfield turns photos into video. Our AI provider may use uploaded photos and generated clips to improve its models.
• Stripe processes payments and photographer payouts.
• Resend delivers our emails.

Photos are stripped of location data before upload.

How long we keep it

• Original photos: deleted 30 days after a job's clips are finished, or 90 days after upload if no clip was made.
• Previews, and clips nobody bought: deleted after 60 days.
• Purchased clips: available to the buyer for one year, then deleted. Photographers' own clips are kept for one year.
• Photographers can delete a job at any time. Parents can remove their child's clip at any time: it comes down immediately and its files are deleted within 48 hours.

Emails

Parent emails are used only to deliver the preview and the purchased clip, unless the parent separately asks to hear from us.

Your choices

To remove a child's clip, use "Remove this clip" on the private link or email us. To delete a photographer account, contact us. [Company name and privacy contact email]
