Terms for photographers

Last updated September 28, 2026. These terms cover studios and photographers who use LineupReel to make and sell AI-enhanced video clips from their photos.

Your photos and permissions

• You confirm, for every job, that you have permission from each athlete's parent or guardian to use their photo, including permission to animate it with AI into a short video.
• You only upload photos you took or have the right to use.
• You don't upload photos showing nudity, violence, or anything that shows a minor inappropriately. We remove such content and close accounts that upload it.

How clips are made

• Clips are made by AI from your photo using preset styles. Results can vary; each athlete gets one free redo.
• Every clip carries an "AI-enhanced" label on its end card. Don't remove it or present clips as unedited footage.
• Our AI provider processes your uploads to make clips and may use them to improve its models. See the privacy policy.

Credits and payment

• In tool mode, each clip uses one credit. Credits never expire. Unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase.
• If a clip can't be made, its credit is returned automatically.
• In storefront mode, parents buy clips from LineupReel. You receive 40% of each sale through Stripe once your payout account is set up. We handle payments, refunds and disputes; if a sale is refunded or disputed, your share of it is reversed.

Removal requests

Any parent can remove their child's clip from their private link, and we act on removal requests we receive by email within 48 hours. Removal deletes the photo and clips.

Ownership and use

You keep the rights to your photos. You may sell and share the clips you make in tool mode. You may not resell access to LineupReel itself.
